EMC Group Venues runs 3 event venues in Downtown Los Angeles: The Reserve (11,000 sq ft, 700 standing or 300 seated, with two private rooms, The Vault and The Billionaire’s Lounge), The Catwalk (5,500 sq ft, 800 standing or 250 seated) and The Majestic (19,400 sq ft, 2,500 standing or 600 seated). Combined, they offer up to 46,500 sq ft for 2,650 standing or 1,150 seated guests. Security, bartenders, support staff and an AV tech come with every rental, outside catering is allowed, and private events have no age limit. There are no age restrictions for private events. For public or ticketed events at The Catwalk, the inquiry form asks whether the event is 18+ or 21+.
Yes. Combined venues can reach up to 46,500 sq ft, 2,650 standing or 1,150 seated. Ask the events team which spaces fit your event.
The Majestic holds 2,500 standing or 600 seated. The Catwalk holds 800 standing or 250 seated. The Reserve holds 700 standing or 300 seated, and its rooms The Vault (150 standing, 80 seated) and The Billionaire’s Lounge (60 standing, 30 seated) suit smaller groups.
